All Athletes must have a completed VHSL Physical on file with the Athletic Trainer prior to participating in any athletic program at Fauquier High School.  This is inclusive of tryouts.  All VHSL Physicals must be dated after May 1st of the current year in order to be considered eligible for the current school year.  (Example: All physicals for the 2019-2020 School Year must be dated after May 1, 2019) A copy of the VHSL Physical Form can be found in the Team Files section of the Athletic Training Page. 

All 9th, 11th and new athletes to FHS are required by County Policy to take an IMPACT Concussion Test.  Please see the IMPACT Information Document under Team Files for more information.
