The Falcons scored two first half goals and two second half goals en route to a 4-0 win in the first Evergreen District game of the season.  The Eagles started the game well with good ball possession, but with only one substitute were unable to sustain the high percentage of possession throughout the game.  The Falcons broke through with the opening goal just after the fourteenth minute when Julie Kohler drove down right side to the goal line and passed the ball back into the 6 yard box to striker Cassidy Wagoner put the ball in the back of the net.  Just over 4 minutes later Julie again brought the ball down the right side, this time taking a shot that deflected off of the Eagle's goalkeeper into the path of Cassidy who scored to give the Falcons a 2-0 lead.

The Falcons struck again when Aubrey Munoz took a free kick, Cassidy won the ball and deflected it across the face of the goal, and Julie ran in from the back side to volley the ball in for the third goal of the game.  The final goal came with just under 17 minutes remaining in the game when winger Megan Diehl received the ball on a throw in from the left side, turned, and hit a beautiful strike from 25 yards out giving the Eagles goalkeeper no chance and giving the Falcons a 4-0 lead.  The Eagles applied some pressure late but were unable to break through as the Falcons recorded their first win in district play.
