After battling through a scoreless first half, the Cougars struck for a 1-0 lead 14 minutes into the second half when forward Emily Yergin squeezed a shot just inside the right post from 2 yards out. Emily sealed the win with a blast from 12 yards out with 4 minutes remaining.
