The Tigers dominated the game in terms of possession but the game was scoreless at the half. The Tigers had more attempts on goal in the second half but were held off by some great saves by goalkeeper Kaylee Lamper until just over 7 minutes remained in the match. A clean header off of a corner kick finally broke the deadlock and gave the Tigers the 1-0 win.
