Next Booster Club Meeting
The Falcon Booster Club usually meets on the 4th Monday of each month. All are welcome to attend.
The next meeting of the 2021-2022 school year is scheduled for Monday, February 28, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. in the FHS School Library.
We look forward to seeing everyone at the meeting.

The Booster Club is hosting a unique fundraiser (see attached flyer). Don’t throw out your new or gently used sneakers!! We are hosting a sneaker drive! The Booster Club can earn up to $3 a pair and help those in need! Collection bins are located in the main lobby and Gym lobby at FHS as well as in the lobbies of Anytime Fitness and OTAC in Warrenton! The sneaker drive begins March 11. It will continue for several months.

$10,000 Dinner/Dance/Raffle
The Booster Club's major fund raiser, the annual $10,000 Dinner/Dance is scheduled for Saturday, March 28, 2020 at the Fauquier Fair Grounds, Warrenton, VA. The ticket price is $135/couple. The evening includes a cocktail hour/open bar, dinner, dancing, and the chance to win $10,000. Numerous other opportunities are available throughout the evening for chances to win additional money. There are also many great items that are up for bid during the silent auction. This is the Booster Club's main source of revenue. Please support us so that we can support the athletes and athletic programs at FHS!
Tickets for the Dinner/Dance/Raffle will be distributed to our Board members at the January 27, 2020 Booster Meeting. The Board members will be contacting everyone who was a ticket holder last year to make sure they are still interested in this year's raffle. The current ticket holders have until February 24th to claim their ticket. If you have not attended in the past, but would like to this year or would like more information or would like to put your name on the waiting list for a ticket, please contact Mark Ott by email at mott@fcps1.org. We guarantee you will have a good time!
We are also looking for items for our silent auction which occurs during the Dinner/Dance. If you have something you would like to donate or know of a business that could donate something for our silent auction or know of a business that would like to be a sponsor of our event, please notify Beth Kramer (571-220-2662 or bkramer@c21nm.com). A copy of the letter to present to potential donors and sponsors can be found on the Files tab on the Booster page on FauquierSports.com.

The annual Falcon Field Clean-Up Day will be held on Saturday, August 10 starting at 8:00 a.m. (weather permitting). We are usually finished by around noon. This is the time when we get the field and concessions stand ready for our fall activities. We will divide into 2 groups: one for cleaning the concessions stand and the other for working outside. Please bring gloves, weed whackers, chain saws, cutters/clippers, rakes, cleaning supplies, mops, sponges, etc. Bring your students, too! They can earn service hours.
Coaches: Please spread the word to the athletes on your teams. Ask them to tell their parents about the Clean Up Day. Remind them that this is their school and the playing field for the students and we need to get it ready for a great fall sports season.
Please also encourage the band members and their parents to attend. Falcon Field is their playing field, too!
Please let Beth Howser (919-357-3154 or by email at bethhowser@gmail.com) know if you will be able to come and help or if you have any questions. Please spread the word! The more helpers we have, the more we will get done and the quicker it will get done!!!

The 2019 Virginia Gold Cup will be held on Saturday, May 4 at Great Meadow, The Plains, VA. We need at least 32 volunteers. If you can help at this event, please contact Andrea Gaines (by phone at 364-6155 or by email at ForGainesma2@yahoo.com) or Mark Holmes (422-7305). If you have students who need service hours, we would love for them to join us at this event.

Winter Sports Awards Reception
The 2018 Winter Sports Awards Reception will be held on Wednesday, March 7. The reception begins at 6:30 p.m. and the MVP presentations at 7:00 p.m. in the school Auditorium.
Please join us as we celebrate the athletes who participated in basketball, cheerleading, indoor track, swimming, and wrestling.

The 2016 Fall Sports Awards Reception will be held on Monday, November 21. Refreshments will be served at 6:30 p.m. and presentation of the MVP awards at 7:00 p.m.
Please join us as we celebrate the athletes who participated in football, volleyball, field hockey, golf and cheerleading.

Spring Sports Awards Night
The 2014 Spring Sports Awards Night will be held on Tuesday, June 3 on Falcon Field. The evening will begin with a cookout at 6:00 p.m. followed by MVP Presentations at 7:00 p.m.
Please join us as we celebrate the athletes who participated in baseball, softball, track and field, boys and girls lacrosse, and boys and girls tennis.

Thanks to EVERYONE who helped to make the $10,000 Dinner/Dance/Raffle a huge success!!! The silent auction, 50/50, and 2nd chance drawing brought in over $8,000 and the GRAND PRIZE OF $10,000 was split between 4 finalists. Thanks again to everyone for supporting this event. A fun night was had by all!!!

Get your friends together and set up the ultimate tailgate to show your school spirit before the homecoming football game between Fauquier and Osbourn!!! Judging will be between 6:00 and 7:00 p.m. and the winners will be announced at halftime of the game. Let’s have some fun and support our Awesome Fauquier Falcon Football Team!!!!
