The Falcon Booster Club usually meets on the 4th Monday of each month.  All are welcome to attend.

The Falcon Booster Club extends our deep gratitude and appreciation to George and Sylvia Jolley, Owners/General Managers of Sibby's Restaurant & Lounge, for their generosity in donating their famous "Boss Hawg BBQ" for us to sell at basketball games.  The pulled pork has quickly become a favorite on the concessions menu.

The Falcon Booster Club is a non-profit association of parents of Fauquier High School athletes and citizens/teachers/coaches who wish to contribute to the vitality of the FHS athletic program because of the benefits provided by high school athletics to individual students, the community, and the school.  Meetings are usually held the 4th Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the school library and are open to everyone.

The Booster Club is dedicated to providing the athletes, coaching staff, and school administration with the necessary financial and personal support required for an effective program.  The Booster Club extends its support to every VHSL athletic team sponsored by Fauquier High School.

Some of the Booster Club’s recent purchases/donations/accomplishments include:

• Presentation of seven $1,000 scholarships and two $500 to student athletes in the graduating class of 2021

• Contribution to each Falcon athletic program each season to be used at the coaches’ discretion for the team

• Donation of $10,000 toward new weight room equipment

• Purchase of supplies for Training Room and contribution towards Training Room tables

• Sponsoring athletic awards receptions each year to honor the athletes, manager, trainers, and coaches for the fall and winter seasons.

• Payment of awards and plaques purchased by the school for athletes

• Payment of coaches’ annual dues

• Construction of new concession stand

• Contribution towards Fauquier Field Fund Improvements and funds to complete the "Falcon Spot" on the old Tennis Courts

• Construction of press box/concession stand at baseball complex

• Purchase of lights for softball field

• Purchase of supplies for repairs to softball batting cages

• Purchase of irrigation system for Falcon Field

• Donation of $20,000 towards purchase of Bermuda grass for Falcon Field

• Purchase of ten recycling bins with holders for Falcon Field

• Purchase of radio and headset communication system for football

• Purchase of jackets, shirts, & hats for the football "chain gang"

• Purchase of 3 laptop computers for football

• Purchase of new goal posts for football

• Purchase of new football helmets

• Purchase of wrestling equipment, warm-ups and singlets

• Purchase of wall pads for wrestling room

• Purchase of cheerleader rain jackets

• Contribution towards choreography for cheerleaders

• Purchase of new Falcon Mascot and two spirit banners

• Purchase of swim team warm-ups

• Purchase of laptop computer with upgraded software for swim team

• Purchase of girls’ soccer equipment bags

• Painting stripes on main gym walls

• Purchase of two new scorers’ tables for main gym

• Purchase of golf cart for Athletic Trainer and purchase of golf cart for Athletic Department

• Purchase of field hockey goals and portable scoreboard

• Purchase of wind screens for tennis courts

• Purchase of basketball shooting machines and 2 portable basketball goals

• Purchase of laptop computer for boys basketball

• Purchase of championship tee shirts for the 2020 girls basketball team

• Purchase of judges stand for volleyball and video camera and accessories

• Purchase of girls’ lacrosse uniforms

• Purchase of helmets for boys’ lacrosse and new varsity and JV uniforms

• Purchase of warm-ups and travel bags for field hockey

• Purchase of air purification humidifiers for locker rooms

• Contribution towards new "Take Off System" for track

• Purchase of new goal posts for soccer

• Purchase of portable Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

• Contribution of $2,500 to State Championship rings for the 2015, 2016 and 2020 wrestling teams and the 2021 Girls Indoor Track team; purchase of individual 2019 wrestling State Championship ring

• Purchase of batting cage nets, radar gun, new home plate, and miscellaneous equipment for baseball and contribution toward baseball field improvements

• Purchase of 2 Galaxy 7" tablets for baseball

• Subscription to Hudl video editing programs for use by coaches and athletes

This year’s budget is approximately $32,000.00.  Income is made through a variety of activities including membership dues, concession sales, 50/50 raffles, program sales, and other fundraising events.

We are always open to new members.  Won’t you join us?  The more members we have, the better able we will be to provide support to our athletes and programs.  Annual dues are only $20 per year for a family/individual membership.  NOTE:  when selecting our scholarship recipients, priority will be given to applicants whose parents are Booster Club members and volunteer at our activities.  All members will receive by e-mail a copy of the Minutes of the meetings, a schedule of the fall, winter, and spring sports events, and information about special events.
