Biography:
Coach Mel is a graduate of Limestone College with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. She earned a soccer scholarship at Limestone and played for 5 seasons with the Lady Saints soccer team, serving as a team captain for 2 of those seasons. A former law enforcement officer, Coach Mel brings a winning attitude to the team and is a great motivator and trainer. She served as recruiter for the Limestone womens soccer team after her final season and later served as a volunteer assistant coach at Hedgesville High School in West Virginia. She is now a full time personal trainer at Sport and Health in Gainesville.
Biography:
Coach Ashley is entering his eleventh season of coaching girls soccer at Fauquier High School. Coach Ashley has been coaching youth and high school soccer for 20 years and has a USSF "B" coaching license. In addition to coaching at Fauquier High School, Coach Ashley is the coach of Fauquier County Soccer Club's 03 Girls United Black competitive travel team that competes in the Club Champions League and is the club's Director of Girls Competitive Soccer.
