Field Hockey Tryouts will be held the week of August 1-5. Tryouts will be held at the track beginning at 7:45am. Tryouts will end at the field hockey field and ride pick up should be at the field no later than 11:00am.

Players should bring completed physical form (dated after May 1, 2016), water bottle, sunscreen shin guards, mouth guard, protective eye gear that is certified (www.longstreth.com), tennis shoes, cleats athletic clothes, and a field hockey stick.  Sticks can be borrowed for tryouts by beginning players.

Players with zero field hockey experience are strongly encouraged to attend at least one of the summer camps being offered. Starting June 27th  open field practices will be in session for everyone. More information will be coming out on these times and dates.

Goals By the end of the summer be able to -Run a 8:30 min mile -Run 2 miles in at least 20 minutes HAPPY CONDITIONING! See you on the field.
